During peak periods such as holidays, promotions, or high-order seasons, processing may take a little longer.

International Shipping

Shipping fees and delivery times for destinations outside the United States are shown at checkout based on your location.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may happen due to:

Incorrect Shipping Address

If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact support@qinelle.com immediately after placing your order.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
