Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Unused, unworn & unwashed Original condition All original tags attached Original packaging when possible

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Worn or washed shapewear Items with removed tags Used post-surgery garments Items damaged by misuse Final sale / clearance items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at support@qinelle.com.

Please include:

Your order number Description of the issue Photos of the item Photos of the packaging

We will review your case and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received the wrong item, please contact us at support@qinelle.com before sending anything back.

We do not recommend placing unauthorized returns without confirmation.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
