High-Neck Open-Bust 3/4-Sleeve Post-Surgery Compression Bodysuit

This high-neck compression bodysuit combines a stand collar, three-quarter sleeves, an open-bust front and structured waist-abdomen panels in one connected garment. The rear panel rises toward the base of the neck and continues across the shoulders and upper back, while front hook-and-eye rows allow the torso to open fully for dressing.

The design is intended for customers who want more upper-back and neck-base coverage than a standard round-neck bodysuit. It can provide a close external feel and a smoother outline while worn. It is not described as a device that corrects posture, changes the spine, removes upper-back fullness or produces a lasting body change.

Designed for More Complete Upper-Body Coverage

“I want coverage closer to the base of my neck.”

The stand collar and higher rear panel extend beyond the neckline of a standard bodysuit. The collar closes at the front and connects visually to the upper-back panel.

“My upper-back line shows beneath fitted clothing.”

The broad rear panel creates one continuous layer across the shoulder blades and upper back. Correct sizing can help the fabric lie more evenly instead of forming a narrow band across the area.

“I want sleeves and torso support in one piece.”

Three-quarter sleeves connect the arms, shoulders, upper back, waist and abdomen so the coverage does not depend on several separate garments.

“I need to wear my own bra.”

The open-bust shape leaves the bra cups uncovered. You can choose separate bust support based on your cup shape and current comfort needs.

“I need an easier front-opening design.”

Long front hook rows open the torso rather than requiring the compressed waist and shoulder panels to be pulled over the head as one tight piece.

“I want honest expectations.”

The garment offers coverage, close support and a smoother clothing line while worn. It does not promise to remove a neck-base bulge, alter posture or replace an assessment when the area is painful or changing.

Best For

  • Customers wanting a high stand collar and broad upper-back coverage.
  • Open-bust wear with a separate bra.
  • Connected coverage across the upper arms, shoulders, back, waist and abdomen.
  • Front-opening wear rather than a fully pull-on torso.
  • Black or Beige styling in the live S–2XL size range.
  • Post-procedure wear when the high neckline and coverage pattern match current care instructions.

Key Design Details

Stand collar with front hooks

The collar sits around the neck base and closes at the front. A narrow chest opening separates the collar from the larger open-bust area.

High rear neckline

The back panel reaches toward the base of the neck instead of ending low across the shoulder blades. This is the defining difference of the high-neck style.

Open-bust front

The shaped opening leaves cup support to a separate bra. The garment itself does not include bra cups.

Three-quarter sleeves

The sleeves provide upper-arm coverage without extending to the wrist. Upper-arm measurement is important because the sleeve edge should not cut sharply into the arm.

Front hook-and-eye rows

Multiple rows allow the torso to be opened for dressing and adjusted through the waist and abdomen. Hooks should close without pulling the front edge out of alignment.

Brief-style lower section

The lower body connects the torso panels through the hips and seat and includes a practical front fastening area shown in the product photos.

What Upper-Back Coverage Can—and Cannot—Do

The high rear panel can distribute the garment layer across a broader area than a narrow strap or low-back design. When the size is appropriate, this may help the fabric sit more smoothly beneath clothing and reduce abrupt garment lines around the upper back.

Visible fullness near the neck base and upper back can have different causes. A garment cannot determine the cause, and this page does not claim that compression removes the tissue, changes skeletal alignment or resolves a posture condition. Choose this product for its cut and coverage, not as a substitute for professional advice when the area is painful, rapidly changing, numb or unusually firm.

The stand collar should rest close to the body without creating sharp pressure. A tighter collar is not automatically a better fit. If the neck edge feels restrictive or the torso can close only by forcing the collar, move to a more suitable size or style.

How the Fit Should Feel

The collar, sleeves, upper-back panel and torso should feel connected without one area carrying all the tension. The rear neckline should lie flat, the collar should remain centered, and the open-bust edge should stay outside the bra cups.

At the waist and abdomen, the hook rows should align vertically. If the hooks bow outward, the front edge twists, or the sleeves feel comfortable while the waist cannot close without strain, the smaller size is not the right starting point.

Use a mirror to check the rear neckline and upper back after dressing. Smooth the fabric outward from the center rather than pulling only at the collar or sleeve cuffs. Recheck current measurements whenever body size or wear comfort changes.

Size Guide

Use current waist and upper-arm measurements. If the two columns indicate different live sizes, begin with the larger size. Do not select a smaller size simply to create stronger pressure.

Waist

Measure around the natural waist while standing normally. Keep the tape level and close to the body without pulling it inward.

Upper Arm

Measure around the fullest part of the upper arm with the arm relaxed. Do not flex the arm or tighten the tape.

Two different results

Begin with the larger size when the waist and upper arm fall into different rows.

Outside the live range

Do not force the nearest size when either measurement falls outside S–2XL.

How to Put It On

  1. Open the collar hooks, torso hooks and lower fastening area.
  2. Step into the lower section and bring it into position through the hips and seat.
  3. Guide one arm into each sleeve and smooth the fabric upward toward the shoulders.
  4. Center the high rear neckline and settle the collar around the neck base.
  5. Fasten the torso hooks gradually from the lower section upward.
  6. Close the collar only after the shoulder and upper-back panels are centered.
  7. Put on the separate bra and confirm that the open-bust edge stays outside the cups.
  8. Check the collar, underarms, sleeve edges, front hooks and lower fasteners before extended wear.

Not Ideal For

This style is not ideal when you want a low neckline, a round-neck garment, a low-back cut, sleeveless coverage, built-in bra cups, wrist-length sleeves or a pull-on torso without hooks. It is also unsuitable when the collar cannot rest comfortably or either measurement falls outside the live range.

Choose Another Style If

  • You prefer an open neck rather than a stand collar.
  • You need a sleeveless design for easier shoulder access.
  • You want built-in bust cups instead of wearing a separate bra.
  • You need full-leg compression rather than brief-style lower coverage.
  • You need Beige L, which is not currently listed.
  • Your care instructions specify a lower neckline or a different fastening system.

FAQ

What makes this the high-neck version?

This version has a stand collar with a front hook closure and a narrow opening below the collar before the larger open-bust area. Every displayed product image follows this same neckline construction.

What does upper-back coverage mean?

The rear panel rises toward the base of the neck and extends across the shoulders and upper back. It can create a smoother garment line while worn, but it is not presented as a posture device or as a product that changes the underlying cause of upper-back fullness.

Does the bodysuit include a bra?

No. The open-bust construction is designed to be worn with a separate bra. Any bra shown in the product images is for styling and is not included.

Which measurements should I use?

Use both your current waist and upper-arm measurements. If the two measurements indicate different live sizes, begin with the larger size.

Why is one Beige size not listed?

The page preserves the nine existing live variations. Beige L is not currently listed, and no unsupported tenth variation has been created.

How should the collar feel?

The collar should sit close without sharp pressure, rubbing, restricted breathing or difficulty turning the head within the limits of your care instructions. Stop wearing it and seek guidance if the neck edge feels concerning.

When can I wear this after a procedure?

The appropriate start time and wear duration depend on the procedure and the instructions provided for your current stage. Confirm that the high neckline, open bust, sleeves and front closures are suitable for your plan.

How should I wash it?

Close the hooks before washing, use cool water and mild detergent, place the garment in a laundry bag, and air dry away from direct heat.
