Open-bust torso support with easier front access

For the days when getting into firm support needs to feel more manageable

After an approved torso or waist-area recovery routine, a pull-on garment can feel difficult when the body is tender or changing. This open-bust full-body compression garment focuses support around the waist, abdomen, lower back and hip area while leaving the bust open for your own approved bra.

The design combines shoulder straps, a long front hook-and-eye closure, reinforced vertical support panels, broad torso coverage and brief-style lower coverage. It is made for supportive fit guidance—not for promised shaping results or a one-size-fits-all recovery schedule.

Customer Needs

Easier dressing

The staged front hook closure helps you fasten the garment gradually instead of pulling firm fabric over sensitive areas.

Abdomen and waist support

The long torso paneling supports the waist and abdomen with broader coverage than a short waist belt.

Own-bra flexibility

The open-bust cut lets you pair it with the bra your provider approves for your recovery or comfort needs.

Coverage that stays connected

Shoulder straps, a full torso body and brief-style lower section help keep the garment positioned through daily movement.

Support Notes

  • Open-bust upper body: designed to work with your own approved bra rather than replacing bra support.
  • Long front hook-and-eye closure: supports staged fastening and easier adjustment.
  • Reinforced vertical panels: help distribute support through the waist and abdomen area.
  • Adjustable shoulder straps: help balance the garment height without relying only on the waist edge.
  • Brief-style lower coverage: keeps the torso section connected through the lower abdomen and hip area.
  • Back coverage: extends support across the lower back and side waist.

Provider guidance matters: this garment should not be used to replace a prescribed compression garment, exact pressure level or medical wear schedule.

Fit, Color & Size Guidance

Skin Color is a light nude shade for lighter outfits. Black is better under dark clothing. If your clothing is thin or fitted, the front hooks, seams and support panels may still show.

Use your waist measurement as the starting point. If you are between sizes, swollen, recently treated, or sensitive at the waist or lower abdomen, choose the larger practical size and confirm with your provider.

Size Chart

Measure around the waist while standing naturally. Keep the tape level and close to the body without pulling it tight.

SizeWaist
S63–68 cm / 24.8–26.8 in
M69–74 cm / 27.2–29.1 in
L75–80 cm / 29.5–31.5 in
XL81–86 cm / 31.9–33.9 in
2XL87–92 cm / 34.3–36.2 in

Do not size down for stronger compression. Recovery support should feel secure without pain, numbness, breathing restriction, skin discoloration or deep marks.

How to Put It On

  1. Loosen the shoulder straps and open the front hooks fully.
  2. Step into the garment carefully and pull it up without twisting the torso section.
  3. Position your approved bra first so the open-bust area sits comfortably below the bust.
  4. Fasten the front hooks gradually from the lower section upward.
  5. Adjust the shoulder straps until the garment sits level without pulling into the shoulders.
  6. Check the waist, lower abdomen, side seams and lower coverage before wearing it for longer periods.

Best For

  • Customers whose provider has approved an open-bust torso recovery garment.
  • Support needs around the waist, abdomen, lower back and hip area.
  • Those who prefer a front hook closure instead of a pull-on garment.
  • Customers choosing between Black and Skin Color across S–2XL.

Choose Another Style If

  • Your provider requires a specific medical-compression garment or exact pressure level.
  • You need built-in bust support instead of an open-bust design.
  • You need thigh-length leg coverage, a full buttocks-covering lower section, or a different crotch-opening style.
  • Your incision, drain location or treated area conflicts with the front hooks, lower closure, straps or waist panels.

Care & Safety Boundaries

Close the hooks before washing. Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener, reshape gently and air dry away from direct heat.

Stop wearing the garment and ask for medical guidance if you notice increasing pain, unusual swelling, numbness, tingling, skin color change, breathing difficulty, incision irritation or pressure that feels sharp rather than supportive.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this garment suitable after liposuction?

It is designed for post-lipo and torso recovery support, but your surgeon or healthcare provider should confirm whether this style, coverage and pressure are appropriate for your procedure and timing.

What does the open-bust design help with?

The open-bust cut lets you wear your own approved bra while the garment focuses support around the waist, abdomen, lower back, hips and upper brief area.

How does the front hook closure help?

The long front hook-and-eye closure allows staged fastening and easier dressing compared with pulling a firm garment over sensitive areas.

What size should I choose?

Use your waist measurement and choose the row that fits without forcing the garment closed. If swelling is present or you are between sizes, choose the larger size and follow provider guidance.

Can I size down for stronger compression?

No. Do not size down or overtighten to create more pressure. The garment should feel supportive without pain, numbness, breathing restriction, skin discoloration or deep marks.

Does it replace a medical compression prescription?

No. It is not a substitute for a prescribed surgical garment or a clinician-specified compression level.

How should I put it on?

Loosen the straps, step into the garment carefully, settle the open-bust area with your approved bra, then fasten the front hooks gradually from the lower section upward.

How do I care for it?

Close the hooks before washing, hand wash in cool water with mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener, and air dry away from direct heat.
