What problem does a one-piece workout jumpsuit solve?
It keeps the top and bottom connected, which can mean less adjusting than wearing a separate top with leggings or shorts. It is especially useful when you prefer a clean, uninterrupted silhouette.
Does the jumpsuit include chest padding?
Yes. Removable pads are included. They add coverage, but the amount of bust support you need depends on your body and activity. Some customers may still prefer a sports bra.
Should I choose Full Length or Shorts?
Choose Full Length for more leg coverage and Shorts for a lighter, warmer-weather silhouette. The two styles do not currently share every color and size combination, so check the selectors before ordering.
Is every color available in both styles?
No. The current variation matrix lists nine colors for Full Length, while Shorts are currently listed in Black, Burgundy Red, Olive Green, and selected Light Grey White sizes. The selector is the final source of truth.
Can I count on full coverage in every color?
We do not make a universal opacity promise because coverage can change with color, size, lighting, and how much the fabric is stretched. Choose the correct size and check the fit during movement.
How should I choose a size?
Use your usual activewear size as a starting point, then consider bust, torso length, waist, and hips. If those areas point to different sizes, choose the size that fits the largest area rather than choosing a smaller size.
Is this a post-surgery compression garment?
No. This is everyday activewear with a close fit. It is not medical compression and is not intended for post-operative recovery.
