How to choose

Your outfit.
Your fit.

A few details make it easier to find a bodysuit you will reach for.

Explore the shapewear style guide
  1. Your bra, or built-in cups?

Open-bust styles leave room for your own bra. For styles with built-in cups, check the cup design and size guidance on that product page.

  2. Match the neckline and back

Compare your outfit with the bodysuit’s neckline, back height and straps. A low-back style may suit an open-back outfit; check where the garment will sit.

  3. Choose your bottom coverage

A thong leaves less fabric at the seat. A brief adds seat coverage. Short-leg and mid-thigh styles extend down the leg; compare their length with your outfit’s hem.

  4. Check both sets of closures

Front hooks and zips are separate from crotch access. Look for the specific snap, hook, zip or opening shown for that style.

  5. Allow for your torso length

Use that style’s size guide and your bust, waist and hip measurements. Check torso guidance and strap adjustment too; the same letter size can fit differently across styles.

Do I need to wear a bra with a shapewear bodysuit?

Open-bust styles are designed to pair with your own bra. Some covered-bust styles have built-in cups, while others do not. Check the individual product’s construction and size guidance before deciding how to wear it.

Should I choose a brief, thong or thigh-length bodysuit?

Start with your outfit and the coverage you prefer. A thong leaves less fabric at the seat, a brief adds seat coverage, and short-leg or mid-thigh styles extend down the leg. Check the hem, seams and back coverage against your outfit.

How do I choose my bodysuit size?

Use the size guide for that exact style and check your bust, waist and hip measurements. Allow for torso length and strap adjustment where guidance is provided. Avoid choosing a smaller size just for a tighter feel.

Are these bodysuits for everyday wear or recovery?

This collection is for everyday outfit smoothing and layering. Recovery garments are a separate category; follow your care team’s garment guidance for recovery needs.
