Front-hook shaping from bust to mid-thigh

A smoother line without fighting a rolling waistband

This covered-bust bodysuit brings the torso, waist, hips and thighs into one continuous design. Instead of stacking a shaping top over separate shorts, the long front hook-and-eye closure and mid-thigh legs work together for a more settled fit. Choose Black or Mocha Brown, then select Open Crotch or Zipper Crotch before choosing your size.

Two colors, one full-coverage shape

Black gives the most discreet look under dark clothing. Mocha Brown offers a warmer neutral that blends more softly under earth tones and lighter outfits. Both colors use the same wide shoulder shape, covered bust, long torso and mid-thigh length.

The photographed front closure is made from hooks and eyes, not a zipper. This distinction matters: “Zipper Crotch” describes the access opening selected below the color option, not the center-front fastening.

The front-hook advantage

Close it gradually instead of pulling everything overhead

A long hook-and-eye front lets you secure the garment in stages. That can be easier than stretching a strongly fitted torso over the shoulders and hips in one motion. Multiple hook columns also give a small amount of adjustment as the fit settles.

The covered bust and wide fixed straps distribute the garment across more surface area. The straps are not adjustable, so torso length and bust position matter. The neckline should lie flat without pulling the shoulder seams forward.

Fit check: the closure should meet without force. If the bottom hooks repeatedly open, the neckline pulls down, or breathing feels restricted, move to the larger size.
Waist and torso structure

Continuous shaping where separate pieces tend to shift

Separate waist trainers and shaping shorts can overlap, pinch or create a visible ridge. This bodysuit connects the upper torso to the hip and thigh panels, helping the fabric sit as one unit through normal standing, sitting and walking.

Vertical seams guide the eye upward, while the waist panels create a more defined transition into the hip. The goal is a smoother clothing line, not an exaggerated or guaranteed body change. Your natural proportions remain visible.

Move without a hard short line

Mid-thigh coverage with lighter-looking side panels

The leg length smooths beyond the high hip, an area where brief-cut garments can create a sharp edge. Sheer-looking thigh panels reduce visual heaviness while the lace finish softens the hem.

No thigh hem is completely roll-proof. A hem that climbs, curls or leaves a deep mark usually signals that the leg opening is too tight or that the garment has not been pulled evenly into place. Smooth each leg downward before closing the upper hooks.

Back view matters

Curved seams frame the seat without removable pads

The back is not built around removable seat inserts. Curved panels follow the outer seat and leave room through the center, while the gathered center seam adds visual definition. Results depend on your own shape, the selected size and how the garment is positioned.

Pull the bodysuit fully upward before fastening the front. If the seat panels sit too low, the legs will feel shorter and the waist may fold. If they sit too high, the center seam may feel uncomfortable.

Mocha Brown

A warmer neutral with the same contour construction

The Mocha Brown option is not red or purple despite the older option wording. The provided photography shows a muted brown-neutral tone. The final selector uses “Mocha Brown” so the color name matches what shoppers can actually see.

Rear seaming, wide straps and lace-trim thighs remain consistent with the Black option. Small construction differences may exist between Open Crotch and Zipper Crotch, but the outer silhouette is presented as the same color-and-shape family.

Choose the crotch style deliberately

Open Crotch or Zipper Crotch

Open Crotch

An uncovered access opening is built into the crotch area. This is the version clearly shown in the supplied detail photography. It avoids an extra closure at the opening but leaves that area open while worn.

Zipper Crotch

A closable access opening is selected through the product options. The model photography focuses mainly on the Open Crotch version, so rely on the selector label when ordering. Do not confuse this with the center front, which remains hook-and-eye.

Choose this option only when you specifically prefer a closable crotch opening.

Fasten from the bottom upward

Position the legs first

Step in carefully, pull each thigh panel into place and center the back seam before working on the torso.

Set the bust and straps

Lift the fabric through the waist so the covered bust sits naturally and the wide straps lie flat.

Close in stages

Begin with the lowest hooks, alternate sides and work upward. Stop when the fabric must be forced.

Side support and clothing line

Designed for the places fitted outfits reveal first

The side view shows how the torso panel continues into the hip and thigh rather than ending at the waist. This is useful under close dresses, jumpsuits and trousers when the goal is fewer separate garment edges.

Very thin fabrics can still reveal the front hook strip, panel seams or lace. For the cleanest result, pair the bodysuit with clothing that has a little texture or structure and check it in natural light.

Who it suits best

Best For

  • Shoppers who want one piece covering the bust, waist, hips and upper thighs.
  • People who prefer a front hook closure over pulling a tight garment over the head.
  • Fitted dresses, trousers and occasion outfits that benefit from a continuous underlayer.
  • Those choosing between an uncovered or closable crotch access style.
  • Anyone comfortable with a close, structured fit and wide fixed shoulder straps.

Not Ideal For

  • You want very light shaping or lounge-level stretch.
  • You need adjustable, convertible or removable shoulder straps.
  • You prefer a thong, brief or above-thigh bottom.
  • You expect a center-front zipper rather than hooks.
  • You want removable seat padding.
  • You are unwilling to measure bust, waist and hip before ordering.

Choose Another Style If

  • You need an open-bust design to wear with your own bra.
  • You want easy bathroom access but do not want either available crotch construction.
  • You prefer a softer shaping cami with separate shorts.
  • You need a shorter torso or petite-specific proportion.
  • You want a smooth leg edge without lace.
Body measurement guide

Measure first; do not rely on your usual clothing size

Measure around the fullest bust, the natural waist and the fullest hip while standing relaxed. Keep the tape level and close without pulling it tight. The supplied ranges are body measurements for the Open Crotch version. Zipper Crotch uses the same size labels, but its opening construction may change how the lower torso feels.

Bust

Measure around the fullest point while wearing the type of underlayer you plan to use.

Waist

Measure the narrowest natural point without holding your breath or tightening the tape.

Hip

Measure around the fullest seat and hip, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Between sizes? Choose the larger row for easier fastening and more room through the bust or hip. A smaller size is not a shortcut to a better result.
Construction in motion

Check the side panels after sitting and walking

After putting the garment on, sit, bend and take several steps. The straps should remain flat, the hook strip should stay centered and the lace hems should not pull sharply upward. Reposition the fabric rather than tugging only at the waist.

When the garment is removed, temporary fabric impressions can occur with close-fitting clothing. Persistent pain, numbness, skin irritation or difficulty breathing means the fit is not appropriate.

Care that protects the hooks and lace

Wash gently and close the hooks first

Fasten the hooks before washing so they do not catch the lace or mesh. Place the bodysuit in a laundry bag, use cool water and a mild detergent, then air dry flat or on a broad hanger. Avoid high heat, chlorine bleach and rough surfaces.

Rotate between wears rather than stretching the same garment day after day. This gives the fabric time to return to its resting shape and helps the lace edge keep its form.

Make the selector work for you

Choose in the right order: color, crotch style, then size

Start with color because that determines the variation image shown in the gallery. Next choose the crotch style. Open Crotch is the construction visible in the close-up detail image; Zipper Crotch is the closable option named in the selector. Finish with size only after measuring. Selecting size first and then switching another option can reset availability, so review all three selections before adding the item to the cart.

For everyday outfits

Black is the simplest choice beneath dark dresses, denim and workwear. Mocha Brown is useful under warm neutrals, tan trousers and softer colors. Neither shade will disappear beneath every fabric, especially when clothing is very thin or strongly lit.

For a first purchase

Choose the larger size when one measurement sits in a higher row. The longest front closure depends on balanced room through bust, waist and hip; sizing from the waist alone can leave the bust or seat too tight.

Before removing tags

Try the bodysuit over clean underwear, fasten it slowly, sit for several minutes and check the thigh hems. Confirm that the selected color, crotch style and size match the order before deciding to keep it.

Questions before choosing

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the front closure a zipper?

No. The front uses a long hook-and-eye closure. Start at the bottom and fasten upward while the fabric is evenly positioned. The word zipper applies only to the Zipper Crotch option in the product selector.

What is the difference between Open Crotch and Zipper Crotch?

Open Crotch has an uncovered access opening. Zipper Crotch uses a closable access opening. Most model photos show the Open Crotch version, so choose the option name carefully before adding your size to the cart.

How firm does this bodysuit feel?

Expect a close, structured shaping feel through the waist, lower abdomen, hips and thighs. It should feel secure without painful pinching, numbness or restricted breathing. Choose the larger size when your measurements sit between rows.

Does it contain removable seat pads?

No removable seat pads are shown. The rounded look comes from curved seams and fabric panels that frame the seat while leaving room through the center back.

Will the thigh hems stay flat?

The mid-thigh legs finish with lace trim designed to soften the edge. Hem behavior still depends on size, movement and leg shape. Size up when the lace cuts in or the leg panels pull upward.

Can I wear it under fitted clothing?

Yes, the long torso and thigh panels create continuous coverage under dresses and trousers. The front hooks, lace edge or panel seams may show beneath very thin or clingy fabrics, so test the full outfit before wearing it out.

How should I choose a size?

Use bust, waist and hip measurements rather than your usual dress size. The supplied chart is for the Open Crotch version. Zipper Crotch uses the same size labels, but shoppers between rows should choose more room or contact support for fit help.

Which colors and sizes are available?

Black and Mocha Brown are offered in XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL. Each color is listed with Open Crotch and Zipper Crotch options, creating 28 selectable combinations.
