Adjustable support for a recovery routine that may change day by day
Support should feel secure—not like another thing your body has to fight
After an approved breast or upper-body procedure, getting dressed can feel unexpectedly difficult. Pull-on bras may be uncomfortable, ordinary bands may press in the wrong place, and swelling can make yesterday’s fit feel different today. This front-opening support vest gives you several ways to adjust the fit without relying on rigid underwire.
Customer Needs
Easier dressing
The full front hook-and-eye opening reduces the need to pull a tight bra over the head or raise the arms more than necessary.
Support that can be fine-tuned
A wide cross-chest band, multi-position shoulder straps and a multi-row front closure let you adjust several areas independently.
Smoother pressure distribution
The wireless cup panels, wide underband and full-back panel spread support across a broader area instead of concentrating it on a narrow wire or strap.
Room for changing recovery needs
The adjustable construction is useful when fit needs vary, but the amount of pressure and wear schedule must still be approved by your healthcare provider.

Support Notes
- Wide adjustable cross-chest band: wraps across the upper bust so tension can be adjusted separately from the underband.
- Front hook-and-eye closure: opens fully for easier dressing and offers staged fit adjustment.
- Multi-position shoulder straps: help balance the vertical support without forcing one fixed strap length.
- Wireless shaped cup panels: provide coverage without rigid underwire.
- Smooth full-back panel: gives broad rear coverage and helps distribute support.
- Widened underband: anchors the lower edge without a narrow wire channel.
Important: this garment provides adjustable external support only. Follow the garment guidance provided by your care team when applicable; it is not intended to control implant position or change breast shape.

Fit, Color & Buying Guidance
Black is the more discreet choice under darker clothing. Skin Color is a light nude shade that may be less visible beneath pale tops, depending on your skin tone and fabric opacity.
Use both bust and underbust measurements. Do not size down to create more compression. If you are between sizes, if your swelling is changing, or if the band crosses a sensitive area, ask your provider which fit is appropriate.
Size Chart
Measure the bust around its fullest point and the underbust directly beneath the bust. Keep the tape level and comfortably close to the body.
| Size | Bust | Underbust |
|---|---|---|
| S | 81–87 cm / 31.9–34.3 in | 68–73 cm / 26.8–28.7 in |
| M | 87–93 cm / 34.3–36.6 in | 73–78 cm / 28.7–30.7 in |
| L | 93–99 cm / 36.6–39.0 in | 78–83 cm / 30.7–32.7 in |
| XL | 99–105 cm / 39.0–41.3 in | 83–88 cm / 32.7–34.6 in |
| 2XL | 105–111 cm / 41.3–43.7 in | 88–93 cm / 34.6–36.6 in |
How to Put It On
- Open the cross-chest band, loosen the shoulder straps and fully open the front hooks.
- Place your arms through the straps and settle the vest gently around the torso.
- Fasten the front hook-and-eye closure from the bottom upward without forcing the edges together.
- Adjust each shoulder strap so the vest sits level and does not dig into the shoulders.
- Wrap the cross-chest band with even, clinician-approved tension.
- Check that you can breathe normally and that no edge presses on an incision or causes numbness, tingling or skin discoloration.
Best For
- Customers whose provider has approved an adjustable front-opening support bra.
- Anyone who wants multiple fit points instead of a single fixed band.
- Those who prefer wireless coverage, a wide underband and a smooth full-back panel.
- Black or light nude color needs across S–2XL.
Not Ideal For
- Anyone who prefers an underwired or heavily padded cup.
- Anyone who wants a pull-on style instead of front hooks and an adjustable cross-chest band.
- Anyone whose care team has asked for a different garment construction or support level.
Choose Another Style If
- Your provider prescribed a specific medical-compression garment or exact pressure level.
- You need a cup-and-band bra size rather than a letter-size recovery vest.
- You want a pullover design without hooks or an upper-bust band.
- Your incision, drain location or treatment area conflicts with the front closure, underband or chest band.
Care & Safety Boundaries
Close the hooks and fastener before washing. Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener, reshape gently and air dry away from direct heat.
Stop wearing the garment and contact your healthcare provider if you notice increasing pain, breathing difficulty, unusual swelling, numbness, tingling, skin color changes, wound irritation or pressure over an incision.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this bra intended for post-surgery recovery?
It is designed as an adjustable support bra vest, but your surgeon or healthcare provider should decide whether it is appropriate for your procedure, when you may begin wearing it, and how much pressure is suitable.
What does the cross-chest band do?
The wide wraparound band lets you fine-tune support across the upper bust. It should feel secure without causing pain, numbness, skin discoloration, breathing restriction, or pressure on an incision.
Does it contain underwire?
No rigid underwire is shown in this design. Support comes from the shaped cup panels, widened underband, front closure, adjustable straps, and cross-chest band.
How do I choose a size?
Measure around the fullest part of the bust and directly beneath the bust. Use the row that accommodates both measurements. If the measurements fall into different rows, choose the larger size and confirm recovery fit with your provider.
Can I tighten it for stronger compression?
Do not size down or over-tighten the band to create more pressure. Recovery support should never cause pain, tingling, numbness, breathing restriction, or deep marks.
How do I put it on?
Loosen the shoulder straps and chest band, fasten the front hook-and-eye closure from the bottom upward, settle the bust gently, adjust the straps, then wrap the chest band with even tension.
Can I wear it for sleep or all day?
Only follow the wear schedule provided by your healthcare professional. Remove it and seek medical guidance if you develop unusual swelling, increasing pain, skin changes, breathing difficulty, or incision irritation.
How should I wash it?
Close the hooks and fastener, hand wash in cool water with mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener, and air dry away from direct heat.
