Open-Bust 3/4-Sleeve Post-Surgery Compression Bodysuit with Front Hooks

This is not a sleeveless bodysuit. The real product has close-fitting three-quarter sleeves, an open-bust neckline, an adjustable horizontal strap across the upper chest, multiple rows of front hook-and-eye fasteners and brief-style lower coverage. The corrected title now matches the garment shown in the supplied Black and Beige product images while the existing URL remains unchanged.

The design is intended for shoppers who want one connected layer across the upper arms, shoulders, back, waist, abdomen, hips and seat while keeping the bust open for a separate bra. The best size is not the smallest row you can force closed. It is the size that fits both your current waist and upper-arm measurements without sharp pressure, distorted seams or repeated strain on the fasteners.

Designed Around the Fit Problems Customers Notice Most

“I need arm coverage as well as waist and abdomen coverage.”

The three-quarter sleeves extend the garment beyond the torso so the upper arms, shoulders and back are part of the same connected layer. The size chart therefore includes an upper-arm measurement rather than asking you to choose by waist alone.

“I want to keep using my own bra.”

The open-bust cut leaves the cups uncovered. You can choose a separate bra according to cup shape, strap placement and chest-support preference instead of relying on one built-in bust shape. The bra shown in model images is not included.

“My open-bust garment shifts too far apart across the chest.”

An adjustable horizontal strap connects the shoulder areas above the bust. It helps manage the neckline position while still leaving the cups open. The strap should sit flat and should not pull the shoulders inward.

“I need more than one front fastening position.”

Multiple hook-and-eye rows provide several closure positions along the torso. They make fit adjustment possible, but they do not turn an undersized garment into the correct size. The hooks should meet in a controlled way without extreme stretching.

“Sleeves are difficult to manage when dressing.”

Several supplied product views show zippered openings along the sleeves. These openings can make the arm section easier to access and position. Close them before longer wear and before washing so the zipper does not snag another fabric.

“I want connected coverage without thigh-length legs.”

The garment continues from the torso into brief-style hip and seat coverage rather than extended shorts. This keeps the lower section compact, but it also means the upper thighs are not included.

Best For

  • Shoppers who need connected upper-arm, back, waist, abdomen, hip and seat coverage.
  • People who prefer an open-bust garment that can be paired with a separate bra.
  • Customers who want an adjustable upper chest strap and multi-row front hooks.
  • Those who prefer three-quarter sleeves instead of sleeveless or full-wrist coverage.
  • Black or Beige options in the currently available S–2XL range.

What Each Design Detail Does

Open-bust neckline

Leaves the bust uncovered so you can select your own bra. The garment does not include cups, padding or a bra, and it is not the right format when the bust must be covered by the same layer.

Adjustable upper chest strap

Bridges the shoulder sections above the bust. Adjust it evenly so it remains flat and secure without creating a hard line across the upper chest.

Three-quarter sleeves

Provide more arm coverage than a sleeveless bodysuit while stopping above the wrist. Sleeve comfort depends on the upper-arm measurement, so both waist and arm data must be considered.

Sleeve zipper access

Zipper details are visible in the supplied side views. Open them carefully when dressing, align the sleeve without twisting and close the zipper only after the arm section is settled.

Multi-row front hooks

Run vertically through the torso and offer more than one closure position. Start at the lower section and move upward so the two sides remain level.

Vertical torso channels

Organize the front and side panels and help the garment keep a defined shape. They should remain reasonably straight rather than twisting strongly to one side.

High back coverage

Connects the shoulder and sleeve sections to the waist and seat. The back images show the actual neckline height, center seam and torso length more clearly than a front-only image.

Brief-style lower section

Covers the hips and seat without extending down the thighs. Check the leg openings while standing and sitting so the edge remains manageable.

How the Fit Should Feel

A workable fit should feel close through the upper arms, waist and abdomen while still allowing normal breathing and the movement permitted in your care plan. The front rows should close one section at a time without needing to be pulled together with extreme force. The sleeves should remain smooth enough to bend the elbows without a sharp band cutting into the arm.

Once the garment is fastened, check the upper chest strap, open-bust edge, shoulders, sleeve zippers, waistline, lower front section and leg openings. The strap should not press into the bust or draw the shoulders inward. The open-bust edge should remain beneath the bra rather than folding into the cups.

Two people with the same waist can need different sizes because upper-arm circumference, torso length, shoulder width, hip shape and seat fullness also affect the fit. This is why the chart includes both waist and upper-arm measurements. When the two measurements point to different live sizes, begin with the larger size.

Size Guide — Converted from the Original Image

The Chinese size-chart image is not displayed on the product page. Its measurements have been converted into readable English tables. The complete source included XXS–2XL, while this page currently sells only S, M, L, XL and 2XL.

Measure the waist

Wrap the tape around the natural waist, keeping it level and close to the body without pulling it into the skin. Keep the abdomen relaxed and breathe normally.

Measure the upper arm

Measure around the fullest part of the upper arm with the arm relaxed. Do not measure over thick clothing and do not tighten the tape.

Two different results

When waist and upper-arm measurements fall into different live sizes, begin with the larger result so the sleeves and torso are not forced.

Between two ranges

Use your current measurements and begin with the larger size. The extra hook rows provide adjustment after the correct basic size is selected.

Color and Coverage Choices

Black

The Black images make the chest strap, open-bust line, sleeve length, front hooks and back seams easy to compare. Black is available in all five live sizes.

Beige

Beige offers a lower-contrast option under many lighter outfits. The uploaded Beige views show the front, side, back and product-only construction.

Three-quarter sleeve versus sleeveless

Choose this style when you need upper-arm and shoulder coverage. Choose a sleeveless bodysuit when arm coverage is not part of your fit requirement.

Brief cut versus thigh coverage

This garment stops at brief-style leg openings. Choose a shorts or mid-thigh bodysuit when the upper thighs must be covered by the same piece.

How to Put It On More Manageably

Open the front hook rows, loosen the upper chest strap and open any sleeve zippers before dressing. Step into the brief section, settle the seat and hips, then bring the torso panel upward. Insert one arm at a time and smooth each sleeve so it is not twisted.

Position the open-bust edge beneath your bra. Fasten the front closure from the lower torso upward, keeping both sides level. If the rows cannot meet without extreme pulling, the sleeves cut sharply into the upper arms or the torso twists strongly, stop and reassess the size.

After the torso is secured, close the sleeve zippers carefully and adjust the upper chest strap. Stand, sit and bend the elbows to check the shoulder line, upper arms, waist, back, lower front fastening area and leg openings before longer wear.

Not Ideal For

This garment is not ideal when you need built-in bust cups, full-wrist sleeves, thigh-length coverage, a zipper instead of front hooks, a pull-on design without individual fasteners, or a size outside S–2XL. It is also not the correct choice when your care instructions call for different arm, chest, torso or lower-body coverage.

Choose Another Style If

  • You do not need arm coverage: choose a sleeveless open-bust bodysuit.
  • You need the bust covered: choose a full-bust garment or a separate recovery bra solution.
  • You need support farther down the legs: choose shorts or a mid-thigh bodysuit.
  • You prefer a single front zipper: choose a zip-front style.
  • Your waist or upper-arm measurement falls outside the live chart: do not force the closest available size.

FAQ

Which measurements should I use to choose a size?

Use your current waist and upper-arm measurements. The live S–2XL range covers a 63–92 cm / 24.8–36.2 in waist and a 23–37 cm / 9.1–14.6 in upper arm. If the two measurements indicate different sizes, begin with the larger live size.

What if the reference matrix recommends XXS, XS, 3XL, 4XL or 5XL?

Those sizes appear in the original reference image but are not currently sold on this product page. Do not force the nearest live size simply because it is available.

Does this bodysuit include a bra?

No. The open-bust design is shown with a separate bra for demonstration. The bra is not included, and the garment does not provide cup coverage.

What is the horizontal strap across the upper chest for?

The adjustable upper chest strap helps connect the two shoulder areas and manage the open-bust neckline. It should lie flat without pressing sharply or pulling the shoulders inward.

How do the front hook rows work?

Fasten the multi-row hook-and-eye closure from the lower torso upward. The rows provide fit adjustment, but they are not a substitute for choosing the correct waist and upper-arm range.

How should the three-quarter sleeves fit?

The sleeves should feel close without cutting sharply into the upper arm or restricting the movement allowed in your care plan. Some supplied product views show zippered sleeve openings that can make access and dressing easier.

When is this style appropriate after a procedure?

Wear timing depends on your procedure and care instructions. Use this open-bust, sleeved, front-fastening bodysuit only when your clinician has confirmed that its coverage and closure are appropriate for your current stage.

How should I wash and store it?

Close the hooks and sleeve zippers before washing, use cool water and mild detergent, and place the garment in a laundry bag. Air dry away from direct heat and store it so the fasteners cannot snag other fabrics.
